Outdoor Education
Introduction: Our center offers a rich variety of outdoor education programs for students of different ages and learning needs (lower elementary, middle, and upper elementary school students, as well as junior high school students).
Number of people
Groups of 10 or more must make reservations in the form of group registration, with a maximum of 40 people per session.
Curriculum Plan of this Library
In keeping with the unique feature of the "Stele Forest" exhibition hall, the course theme is "Stele Forest Mobilization" (150 minutes).
Suitable for two age groups: grades 1-3 of elementary school and grades 4-6 of elementary school (junior high school is also acceptable). In addition to interactive guided tours in the exhibition hall, various activities are used to stimulate students' ability to actively observe and explore cultural relics. Combined with DIY rubbings and scrolls, students' aesthetic experience is enriched.
(I) Beilin Mobilization (Grades 1-3)

◆ 150 minutes
◆ Story Theater / Interactive Guided Tour / Rubbing DIY
◆ A three-dimensional immersive theater with multimedia interaction inspires students to actively explore the fun of cultural relics. Through interesting guided tours, students are guided to think about the connection between various images and life, while experiencing traditional rubbing techniques and enriching their aesthetic experience.
(II) Beilin District Mobilization: Grades 4-6 (Junior High Schools Also Accepted)

◆ 150 minutes
◆ Interactive guided tours / Rubbing DIY / Sharing
◆ This program uses an interactive guided tour to explore the cultural relics in the exhibition hall, cultivate students' initiative in observation and communication, inspire their ability to appreciate calligraphy art, and experience traditional rubbing techniques to discover the connection between art and life.
Wood Carving Branch Course Plan
The program aims to establish students' understanding of the "museum" space and cultivate their interest in wood carving and art. The program themes are: Unlimited Imagination (110 minutes) and Art Monopoly (90 minutes). In addition to guided tours of the museum's exhibition halls, the former's themed activities allow students to unleash their imagination and create their own individual artworks; the latter involves group games, where students learn and reflect on their life experiences and the guided tour process through game challenges.
(I) Unbeatable Imagination Grades 1-2 / Grades 3-4 / Grades 5-6

◆ 110 minutes
◆ Guided tours / themed crafts / sharing
◆ This curriculum emphasizes students' ability to use their imagination and independently complete their own projects, with different themes for lower, middle, and upper grades. Through the process of individual creation, students discover and solve problems on their own.
